Not sure why JBE is against being the one to push for marijuana legalization. It's probably the only thing that would save his "legacy."

He has “friends” in law enforcement that depend on arrests to make payments on their jail facilities and other ways to skim off some profits from arrestees or DWI offenders through interlock device deals.

The THC situation is hilarious, and a perfect example of why LA is such a joke. Out of all its problems this is where the focus is.

Going after delta 8/9 is the equivalence to going after Bud Light when the stores are stocked full of Budweiser.

So delta 8 is illegal now?

I tried it once and it reminded me of Pretendo weed. Mexican dirt that looks good but has a shite high.

I love me some freedom. I don’t agree with new porn laws.

But, porn is pretty bad for people. That isn’t acknowledged enough. Even with these new laws the problems with porn are not discussed enough.

I mean are people still getting arrested for just weed? When I see arrests in the news it’s typically because there’s other drugs involved and/or firearms.

From my understanding, weed is basically decriminalized.

Depends on the amount, but for most people it would be a $100 fine.

m quite alright with banning porn outright. it's very bad stuff and it being readily available is actively destroying traditional values.

Ok then don't watch porn. Problem solved for you. "Traditional values" for you? I'm sorry, I forgot you are the only citizen in this country.

I'm against it but we do need to recognize some concerns. Too much porn is a bad thing and a lot of people do not use weed responsibly or respectfully

People that are shitfaced drunk or smoking cigs in public usually aren’t being very responsible or respectful either but no one seems to bat an eye at that

How are they going to enforce porno laws via internet when they can't stop gangsta and felons with illegal weapons? Create more porn laws?
