we can't continue on this path and everyone knows it, but no one wants to do anything about it because "freedom" to watch porn is so important.
it's time to stop fricking around
-ban or heavily restrict porn
-ban any and all gender affirming care for kids and surgeries for adults
-enforce existing laws on public profanity/decency/etc.
-come down hard on parents who enable childhood obesity
-put the homeless/addicts in camps

Yes some people are. It just depends on the amount. Over a certain quantity they will still get you for distribution charges, but with a small amount of weed it is just a summons.
As you said, when most people that get reported in the news with weed it usually when they have other drugs involved, they were near a school zone, they had stolen goods on them, etc.
