Really is. And I’m not that big of a Metallica fan.

Eddie isn’t dead!

He holds up a Piece of Mind (Maiden) cassette earlier in the series. Maiden’s Eddie comes back to life with a lobotomy on the cover. Obviously, in one form or another Stranger Things’ Eddie will be back as well.

The character is so damn popular, surely they are going to have to find some way to bring him back

Nah, rather stay home than needing to bring binoculars to even see the big screen and deal with massive crowds. Can’t even imagine the food lines, restrooms, and parking around there.

Metallica once played to an audience of over a million people in Russia after Reagan and Pope John Paul II tore that wall down. I believe over 50 people died at the concert.

Speaking of other “most metal things ever,” the video of that concert is insane. A million people crammed into that field with Metallica blaring Enter Sandman. The crowd was encased by Russian foot soldiers and military helicopters were low buzzing the crowd keeping things in check.

Actual audience in Russia was about 1.6 million people at that live concert

Been procrastinating starting Stranger Things. This might push me over the top.

They had VIP tickets. That was from the act before the headliner. Also, whoever was asking about parking, no one drives to Lolla.
