Yes but it's happened twice before in my recent memory .. well at least 2 storms in the same season .. although Rita/Katrina were opposite sides of the state.

Looking for a video I can’t seem to find. Can someone help out? It’s a dude driving through Nola and neighborhoods and what not. I’m not in LA and concerned, but can’t do anything. Just trying to see if stuff is okay in places. It’s about a 45 minute video. Dude driving. Simple. Figured I would skip through and see what I can’t since I’m not living in Nola. Prayers.
