How you holding up, brother? I guess you are not going out to run any nets today.
Good so far. Waiting on the eye to do a little securing. Been sitting in my truck all day on my boat landing watching it blow.
Blowing harder than ever now. Can only see a hundred yards or so.
Inner edge of eye 5 miles South. Tin flying around.

Only thing I’ve seen is the Braithwhite update above. My buddy in Nola is sending me Snapchat’s of him making margaritas. Power still on

Yeah flooded real bad in Issac
Craziest Cat 1 in the history of Cat 1's. That thing basically stalled for hours like a helicopter just hovering. Think I remember it literally only going like 4 mph.

Starting to see heavier rainfall move into NOLA now. Rainfall rates have steadily increased.

Just talked to my neighbor, lost their roof and carport in Houma.

The tall pine trees around our home are a little concerning. We were outside and a big gust hit and everyone noped back inside because of the trees swaying.

It has slowed to a crawl

Missed about 15 pages, but did anyone notice the GL video is clear and that camp appears to be missing a few walls?

Pretty rough in New Orleans right now.
And then throw a hurricane on top of that.

Someone else mispronounced Des Allemands.
Some weather chic on WDSU referred you the “counties across the lake.”
I guess if you go far enough, sure.
However, I’m pretty sure that she was referencing St. Tammany, Washington, & Tangi.

Dammit.
How's your place?

WWL is saying the storm is stopping its Northwesterly motion and barely moving North at all. Keeps mentioning a stall. Says it might be “trying to start a turn NE”

Not from what I’ve seen yet. All wind driven as of now but with the storm slowing it’s probably coming
