That’s the strength when it’s 100 miles inland. It’s pretty much unprecedented. It will definitely be a 4 at landfall.

Not at all. Still a 4 with 140mph wind at landfall and previous advisory had it a 1 south of Baton Rouge. Now they’re saying 2 south of baton rouge.
