You're right it's not. Looks like near the Texas/LA line. Sorry.

Well that sucks.

hey're in agreement Louisiana needs to pucker asses even without a center of circulation.

GFS, Euro, Canadian, Icon, and NAVGEM all agree so far. It’s not crazy to start prepping today.

When does the 12z Euro roll out?

I was in dear old Lake Chuck in the middle of working Hurricane Laura rehab when the hotel slid a note under our doors saying they were closing due to Hurricane Delta.

FWIW, I saw scenes in the Laura aftermath the looked like war zones. Our company provided its own generator to our first motel because the power infrastructure was wiped out. Red lights around town that worked were only because they had a generator sitting next to the road. We were authorized to be out after curfew, and it was a ghost town when the sun went down. Areas that were still out of power were downright scary after dark.

Soon as I saw that shite sneaking into the gulf last week I said yeah, time to buy supplies now because you know it's going to be a constant "you're in the warning cone for the next 2 months straight".

I’m playing in sectionals in Houston this weekend. Heading that way tomorrow to compete Friday - Sunday. This thing looking like it will stay well east of Houston if it forms? Prefer not to get caught up in flooding or evacuee traffic.

They don't know yet. Houston is as likely as anywhere.

I did see that they are predicting slow moving with lots of rain. That's out thing here!

Seriously, too early to tell about it all.

Still far too early for a prediction. Best plan is keep a close eye on it. Get prepared to hunker down or evac if you have to and PRAY
