Something came through here about 230 or so and lightning knocked out our electricity. Back on now but it was a shitload of rain too.

Glad that was barely getting started when it rolled through the ‘Ham. But looking forward to lows in the low 60’s the rest of the week!

Damn, modern radar is amazing. Watch it tighten back up near Buckingham, put down a tornado, show a debris ball, cycle down, and disperse the debris:

Greys, greens, and blues. It has to be in the same spot as the velocity couplet, though.

It's basically jetting the gulf stream moisture over a front and wringing it out. The rain I'm not surprised by. The amount and intensity of the tornadoes certainly is surprising.
