It made the high school football game miserable.

Then they have it stationary over S Florida for 24 hrs+
Then going back up the coast.

Now this a-hole is starting another loop near Miami.
Also worth noting that the model doesn't show a landfall in any frame, although that isn't as important if it does indeed skirt the coast.

the full res is showing it strengthening down to 931 in 180 hours.
So what is that? I'm talking about the October 6 map showing 994 mb.

Any talk of them moving it to Monday?
They will need to make a decision by tomorrow. Nobody knows what is going to happen with this storm and Monday might not be an option. I don't care where the game gets played, as long as they play.

This is 8.5 days away. No one should take it seriously for now***
And is that a picture of where that model thinks it'll hit the 2nd time?
ETA: My parents are leaving Wednesday night to come over here.

2004 Matthew
This one might do a little more. Though 2004 Matthew probably has the upper hand on damage in dollars so far.

Could someone let me know if Matthew is in the Gulf for Thanksgiving? Thanks!

Did it venture further west? I remember one of the hurricanes off NC skirt chased and stalled, it was worse than anything.

I don't know what option gives you that full-res map, but as far as I can tell the GFS is predicting 994 mb 42 hours out.
The stronger predictions are for 200+ hours out at the moment.
Sorry for any confusion.
