If you state that the majority of violent crimes in this country are committed by black males, you are stating a statistical fact.
State that black people are egregious in their commitment to crime and you become a lying propagandist.
All it takes is one black person in this country who has not committed nor has a desire to commit a crime to reckon the prior proclamation false.
