No charges.
These young teens assessed the situation and being aware of the high cost of health care, make the prudent decision to let this older citizen pass in peace and at his leisure.
The snacks, cigarettes, sodas, chips, gummy bears, diapers, peanuts and chicken wings were clearly for services rendered.
These young men are hero's and deserve not only medals but a parade in their honor.
