Why do you care? Cuz…

I don’t fly anymore… last time I was on a plane was 2012.

Big deal. I killed an entire family of 5 for trying to cut in line.

when you holed up in the airplane bathroom to jack off five times?

Bathroom? I paid for my seat and I'll do whatever I want in my seat.

They hopped up when the plane landed and ran up like 10 spots until I put my arm out and stopped them, told them they weren’t going to skip my family. Funny enough, they acted super polite and pretended like they didn’t know what they were doing… I told them they really should back up and let all the people they skipped off first, but they didn’t do that, they did stop and did not try to go past me though.
Wow, you must be the new Chuck Norris

Know your point and hear you. Too many people think their time is more valuable than other peoples’ time.
And then the occasional late arrival to connecting flight gets me. And I re-understand the “perp’s” point of view.
Especially when flight attendants, who know the delay impact to connecting flights, announce request upon landing to allow impacted folks the opportunity to get off plane sooner. Never happens.
Ironically, people like you don’t let it happen.
It’s a me world.
I think (hope) God has a plan for the me’s.
Your wife turning you down for sex ain’t an accident, for example. No seeming connection.
Yet…

No we were getting off an international flight so I’m guessing they were trying to rush ahead and beat everyone to customs, I’m sure if they were trying to make a connection they would have said so
Shoot first, ask questions later
But seriously I just assume these people have a short connection. And if not, not worth getting bothered over a few seconds

What is the male version of a Karen, a Kevin? Because I'm about there. Oh no, someone is trying to uphold ANY social etiquette! God bless the Karens.
In your situation, I'd let people by if they told me they had a really quick connection. They're probably lying but whatever. Otherwise, frick those people.

Seems like this happens more often going to Atlanta or Nola

But I’m not sure that it’s actually prohibited
It absolutely is. You can’t get up until the plane parks at the gate and the captain turns the seatbelt light off.

Seriously what is wrong with people who do this? Such a classless thing to do.

I agree it’s classless in most cases, but I have been in a situation where I needed to run off the plane to make it to a connecting flight in time.
