Stomach virus or flu — something big is going around and it’s terrible

My entire family has had it this week and I’ve been in bed since Wednesday with it. 103 degree fever, massive diarrhea that just won’t let up, headaches, and nausea with vomiting. Im not sure if it’s the flu or just a massive stomach virus but man it’s bad. Anyone else’s family been bitten by this lately?

I had a stomach virus right before Christmas. Spent Christmas Eve and Day puking and shitting my guts out. Had to go the hospital because of dehydration and extreme nausea. Not sure if it was the same as what you had, but I have never been that sick in my life.

Stopped washing my hands after pooping around puberty... Haven't had stomach virus since.

Stomach virus of some kind. Had it go through our house last week. Son got it first but just had vomiting. Wife (no pics) had both and I got it last but only had horrid diarrhea. I'd rather have covid again than have that virus again.
