I agree. As much as I despise GWBII he wanted to set up fully funded IRA Accounts for every American. The problem with that? Henry Paulson was his Treasury Secretary, and Paulson was a Goldman Sachs operative. So instead they created this Slush Fund called T.A.R.P.
Which brings me to my suggestion to Donald J. Trump. Instead of another Stimulus Giveaway, ressurect that Fully Funded IRA proposal. He'd be a shoo-in for reelection.
