That is attorney speak, for write a check in the 6 or 7 figure range and the suit will magically disappear.
Attorneys write the same line on most auto injury suits but they can only receive low 5 figures claims on most minimum personal policies, but if it is a business or someone with a large umbrella policy, they head to the six figure club.

Any judge with any amount of scruples should throw this out and make her pay the attorney fees and court costs.
