Just watched the Miss Universe snapchat story and it was definitely not staged
There's video clips from behind scenes where everyone's freaking out. There's also a clip where he's trying to explain himself to someone off stage. He read 1st runner up and thought it meant 1st place
Supposedly a few riots have occurred and a car just hit a group of pedestrians

I'm a big Steve Harvey fan. He is probably my favorite African American non athlete of all time. He is amazing on family feud.
