They're pushing it to LA AG's office so aren't going to thank them when they're saying LA could still bring charges against them.
This really only says they didn't commit a civil rights violation (as specifically defined).

This would seem to indicate that he did not shoot himself in the leg (as rumored).
Where did they say that the toxicology report is sealed?
