Tomlin has been a advocate for all the racial stuff. He has been overboard with it at times. After the coaching job he did this year he deserves to be fired. Dude is killing the Steelers right now.

That’s actually an official NFL clothing item and every single team has them and multiple people in each team are wearing them.

He ain't getting fired this year. Nor should he. He has earned the capital to clean this up.

But the entire offensive staff needs overhauled in the OS. And bring in someone off of the Shanahan tree to pair w/Pickett, he's made to run a WCO.

Probably so but that guy makes some very bad coaching decisions. Sometimes they dont matter but they are still stupid mistakes never the less

I know he had QB injuries this year but he has done a shite job as of late

Every coach makes stupid decisions at times.

But the offense needs a complete overhaul. The new GM, Khan, comes from Philly so I'm sure he knows someone from Doug Pederson's line that could be brought in.

Make no mistake though, if Tomlin were let go, he'd have another HC job in 5 minutes.

Tying this into NIL and Paying Athletes in the future. This may be a litmus test on where top Recruits and top Transfer Portal players go in the future. If coaches don’t wear that type of shirt, then they are not “down with the cause”. Whatever happened to playing for the love of the school. They’d become legends and never have to buy a meal in Louisiana again and always be hired for a job.
