Just watched a wreck. Guy hit wall then flipped several times in the air and ground. First responders were there QUICK but nothing could have saved this gentleman. Please pray for him and his family and the young shmuck I cursed out for live streaming it.

When it’s your time it’s your time

Most of us don’t get a warning, let your family & friends know how much they mean to you

In fairness to the OP, one seeking to avoid standstill traffic and horrible drivers should avoid I-12 at all times on days ending in ‘y’.

I’ll keep on saying it. But interstates are a death trap now. Like a NASCAR race One false move by anyone and whammo

I looked it up and surprisingly there are a lot more dangerous interstate sections across the U.S. I-12 doesn't make the top 10.

I know the data is old but it's not that outdated.

I'm assuming these are aggregate per state. Deaths per 100 miles would be a more interesting / appropriate stat.

BR Proud

The lady that passed in the wreck had 5 dogs

Livingston Parish Animal Shelter is picking them up
One Boston Terrier, two or three Boston/Pug mixes, and one Boxer mix.

If you are thinking of adding a pet to your home maybe consider one of these

We could make a better comparison with a fatalities relative to amount of traffic.

This is like figuring out Co Vid numbers to get a clear picture.

I need some good dogs. I’ll like to keep them together. Going to look into this. Thanks
