That is one way to put it

I'm sure you don't hate the Dodge Charger drivers weaving in and out of traffic and generally disobeying every single traffic law

Post a video with the pressuring, it’s public record.

The old man said he didn't even brake.

Ugh what? That is not what he said. He said he didn;t slam them on . Doesn't mean he didn't brake, obviously he did.

yes, based on the statement from the driver of the gold truck and the evidence from the car data. Lacy passing 100yds in front had no impact on the accident.

WRONG. The Old man clearly says to the trooper Lacy was coming head on at him;. Lacy's attorney conveniently just glosses over this key fact every time he "breaks down the video while using his sanctimonious tone of voice.

ETA:look how fast Lacy was flying in a no passing zone, he then jams on his brakes to get over and dodge the head on, by then it's too late. An why was his first instinct to lawyer up if he didn't do anything wrong?

and that is supported by the evidence from her car. She was traveling at a constant speed until 0.5 seconds before the crash when she finally hit her brakes.
and none of that excuses the actions of the green charger

What about less than 3 seconds prior to the collision?

Hey retard, his life was ruined. His chance to play pro was taken.

Not really.

Now Chad jones chance to play pro was taken through injury in a car crash.

Lacy was the lucky one. Still had his physical health. Should have let his case play out.

So hiring/talking to a lawyer means he is guilty? You really want to go down that road?

How do you know he didn't call the lawyer about some other situation?

Exactly. One of the first things that happened when the Trooper showed up was the black truck driver asking if he had seen a green charger, he then states that the charger caused the wreck. That's when the narrative began.

Lacy was driving like an a-hole, that's not in dispute, but the accident -as proven by the video- happened well in front of him and not because of him (after he was already back in the proper lane). He was far enough back that he was nearly at a stop when he decided to dart around the accident.

The part where the trooper says make sure you include that you had to slam on your brakes to avoid the green charger. Then the driver says I didn't slam on my brakes. Did you miss that part?

How is it fleeing the scene? I don’t stop for wrecks when my car isn’t involved.

Lacy should be ticketed for what he did. Nothing, nothing at all in this video or any other, show he had any actions warranting of vehicular homicide in regards of the fatal wreck. That isn’t really debateable if you ask any attorney that deals with vehicle accidents.
