1. There should be no limits to campaign contributions to political candidates…….it's MY money after all....(although I am willing to submit those donations to instant public disclosure with harsh penalties if not done.)
2. No term limits for any elected officials,(other than Governor and President due to the powers of those offices.)
We have term limits now, they're called elections.

I think we should round up all violent offenders in prison and dump them in Afghanistan

I’m confused about why violence against women is a huge battle cry of the left. If women are equal to men in every way why does the left make such a huge deal out of domestic violence against women? Shouldn’t we just make a big deal out of domestic violence in its entirety?
Why do we hate qualifiers in some instances (boys scouts) but cling to it in others (violence against women).

I think college football is leaning towards professionalism and I want amateurism even though the product may not look as good (reduced talent). I would rather there be a semi-pro league for those who want to go pro right away and reserve college athletics for the true student athletes (the ones who want to get a full degree).
This is why I hope the AAF is able to have some success.
This is their alliance.
quote:
Led by some of the most respected football minds in the game, The Alliance of American Football is high-quality professional football fueled by a dynamic Alliance between players, fans and the game. Fans will be able to stream Alliance matchups live via the free Alliance app while accessing integrated fantasy options with real rewards — for themselves and the players they are cheering on. Players will have state-of-the-art protection on the field and ample opportunities off it. The Alliance will provide players a comprehensive bonus system, post-football career planning as well as counseling and scholarship support for postsecondary education. Founded by TV and film producer Charlie Ebersol and Hall of Famer Bill Polian, The Alliance features eight teams, under a single entity structure, playing a 12-week season kicking-off February 9, 2019 on CBS and culminating with the championship game the weekend of April 26-28, 2019.
Tradition is part of CFB so I understand what you are saying. With that said, I think there is away to keep tradition while evolving at the same time. There needs room for new traditions to be created, but players use to get a lot more benefits back in the 80s and 90s than they do today.
Players use to get shite from all the schools that wanted them. Erik Dickerson got a new car from Texas A&M, but committed to SMU. Evidently TA&M assumed that was going to be all that was needed to get his commitment. I think they actually tried to take it back from him when he commited to SMU.. But anyway, no matter what, I think players for programs that bring in millions, do not receive their worth...
Just is just an example of what college football is worth. In a year, football is worth just over $29M to the NCAA, men's basketball is the next most profitable sport to the NCAA which is worth just over $7M. The least profitable sport is men's gymnastics which is worth just over $150,000.. So when you are worth that much, it's hard to keep it "amateur".

Sorry for not being clear, what I meant was taxes they themselves would not have to pay.

1). You should be 18 before you can sign up for Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.
2). Driving and texting laws don’t work. There’s already reckless driving laws on the books that cover the inability to keep it between the lines. Next time you’re at a stop light, count how many people have their phone in their hand. The new law didn’t do anything to deter people.
