So if every single person in this country was white, white males over 35 would make up a little over 30% of the population. And 19% is supposed to be scary?

Saying they are "white guys running the show" is like saying that dark haired people have run the show, because only a fraction of them have blonde hair.
We used to talk about the Italians, and the Jews, and the Irish, and the Polish, etc. now we don't see that distinction any more. It's just wite guys and non-white guys.
Here's the truth: race is a construct, especially as it is applied in political terms in the US. Eventually, and pretty soon, the races will be so mixed that it will lose all sense of meaning whatsoever. In fact, to anyone with any sense, we are already there. It only matters to race hustlers and Democrats.

It's just a further attempt to divide people. Separating "people of color" from "white people" hasn't been good enough so they had to separate white men and white women and then even further take out white men under 35 to make you feel even more alone.

You missed the second part of my statement. Furthermore, racial make-up is a clinal distribution. Of course there are regional differences between people from different parts of the globe, but we are not able to be placed in one of three pots, caucasoid, mongoloid, and negroid, much less two: white and non-white.
