No. I said that you exhibit thought patterns of a radical progressive.

Pointing out cause/effect of lack of nuclear family in large % of black homes= racist

Disapproving of GLBT lifestyle = hate

You threw in the word “hate” when there was no reason to. Explain your thought process to the board on why you described her stance as hate several times.

How do you know? Nowhere in the article did it mention her significant other's race....

The better you are the more you can get away with.

That’s the facts of life.

There is literally an argument here that this girl just wasn’t good enough.

Because that's exactly what you said.

If you are a distraction to the team or a locker room cancer, a team going in a different direction isn't discrimination.

If you think she was discriminated against or was a victim of religious persecution then so was Kaepernick, just by political persecution. Michael Sam was persecuted for his sexual orientation. These players being fringe players is irrelevant, they were persecuted for beliefs or preferences.

If you're considered a locker room cancer only because you're ostracized by teammates because of your beliefs it's 100% discrimination.

They were both absolutely discriminated against, though I think Sam was ultimately just not talented enough. Kaepernick is more than deserving of a roster spot on 20+ teams, talent-wise.

This has to be weird for you. Where do you go to take the contrarian stance from here?

The former is simple statistics, not racism.

I'm really not tied to the hate thing. It was a stretch that served no purpose. The word hate isn't needed in order to prove the point I was making.

Do you want an apology or can we carry on with something that isn't from 2 pages ago?

You keep spinning it like this to make her the victim. She willingly separated herself from her gay teammates.

I don't think Sam or Kaepernick were discriminated against just like I don't think this chick was. You're consistent in your take on this as I am in mine. How is that weird?

Emily Sonnet was Beat XI in the NSWL in 2018 and a finalist for defender of the year

She was 1st alternate for the 2016 Rio team

There is no arguement that she made the team over Hinkle because of anti-Christian sentiment. She is very arguably a better player.

Hinkle is regarded as the best LB in the world

As is her right. Just like it's her right to continue playing for the team if she's good enough. What no one should have a right to do is call her a cancer just because she doesn't openly support gay marriage.

That isn't a right. It's a privilege provided she's good enough for the team. She's not and the team won the WC without her.

Literally every citizen of the US has the right to call her or rapinoe whatever they want for whatever reason they may or may not have.

I don’t.

She wasn’t good enough to go around pissing off people on the team or being against their crusade.

That’s about all I know.

She has a right to compete fairly, which apparently didn't happen.

This is about as untrue as it gets. Go tell a homesexual that you have the right to call them a fig or an African-American that you have the right to call them the N-word.

This only goes one way and you know it.

There is absolutely no indication she was ostracized by her teammates.

There is also no indication she was a locker room cancer.

You keep posting in absolutes like you're aware of how and why the decision was made to keep her off the roster.

I'm going off of the opinion that you posted and then 03 agreed with.

I haven't given an opinion on why she wasn't included at all.

Try again.

Then you have once again misconstrued my opinion then, because I've never said she was ostracized by her teammates, nor that she was a locker room cancer. Or you're inserting your own words intentionally to bolster your point. Either way, it makes you look dumb. I'll post my opinion on it one more time for you. Please pay attention to the words I use.

I think she was LIKELY good enough to make the team. I think the coaches LIKELY made their decision, at least partially, on the POTENTIAL for her views towards the lifestyle many of her POTENTIAL teammates live being detrimental to the chemistry of the team.
