Doesn’t get more common than you.

Don’t you have some pedos to root for through your mask you degenerate pustule?

The pressure to publish or perish at Stanford must be incredible.

You are now making an argument about the effectiveness of wearing masks for covid.

I'm not the author of the study. If you take issue with what was written, e-mail the eggheads who authored it. I'm simply linking it and giving anecdotal evidence that may or may not back up that study's point.

Arguing that masks are ineffective for this virus is one thing. But to argue their long term health consequences is another.

You're right. However, as I said before, I'm not the author of the study. If you have a problem with it, take it up with the scientists who did the research.

So I would think that'd apply to traditional uses of masks as well.

Only if you are under the false assumption that medical professionals wear their masks all day, every day.

Are the health consequences the same for health care workers who have always had to wear them for work? If not, why?

As a health care professional that has spent many hours in an OR wearing a mask. As well as wearing one daily for work, I can say the argument for hypoxia and it’s effects is suspect at best. Would you really have questioned your heart or brain surgeon two years ago as to if they are hypoxiic during a 4 hour surgery?

However, I don’t feel the vast majority of people even grasp how to properly wear a mask, therefore they do little to no good.

Damn if that isn't some crazy irony right here. We got OP positing a clickbait article and people in here doing anything they can to justify one hypothesis that hasn't actually been proven

Why is one of the long-term health consequences diabetes? Are we suggesting masks can cause diabetes?

Masks are not natural and are screwing with little kids’ heads by not seeing smiles and other facial expressions.

I was in line at the grocery store the other day, behind a woman with a one year old in the buggy. The baby was looking at me and I was smiling at him but I guess he couldn't tell. I wonder what all these babies think who have never seen people out in public without masks.

How many people do you see wearing an N95 mask in a typical day? But I'm sure that you are well stocked in them.

Yeah? Show me that in any of the real world epidemic curves. Why are the majority of states with “huge surges” some of the strictest lockdown and mask states?

Remember when Czechia was the best and Sweden was going to be a charnel pit because of mask policies?

Whoops!

But continue your rain dance, one day it’ll work.

Stanford has been very rational.

Michael Levitt (2013 nobel winner in Chemistry)

John Ioannidis(epidemiologist who crushed Theranos)

Etc

Levitt has faced "cancellation" in Academia over his anti lockdown views.

My mistake. Just assumed that this poster would be supporting wearing N95 masks.

Good to know that he thinks that my bandana is protecting me.

Yeah, let’s suspend constitutional rights, lock everyone down, and shame people into wearing face diapers until we figure things out in a few years

Still wrong.

Hi. I don't need this study to tell me anything. It's clearly accurate and has been known from the start of this scam.
