I don't know if that's actually what happened, but if it is, he isn't guilty of anything. It was reported by several outlets that they were pulled over after leaving the scene. If someone can link the offical report, I will correct my statements ITT

If he appeals this decision to a State Personnel Board, what his chances? Since there were no charges filed, it seems like he'd have a good case?

At least he won’t be required to wear the wig anymore.

Just travel and a place to stay and hunt. He has a manager now. So those who want me to hook up something, you would have to go that route.

7 pages on Kracker and no Oates? I don't believe it.
He must be banned or is an alter for Nado Jenkins

Alters are for the immoral
The type that leave the scene of an accident.

Yeah, I was kind of thinking that too. He agrees not to fight it and they don't press charges.

Why doesn't he use his new platform to admit his wrong doing?
Is that what will make you shut the hell up? Feel better about yourself?
He was a drunk passenger. He made a mistake. He paid the price. He lost his job. Move on. My God you’re fricking annoying.

I can't wait for the next thread about a drunk driver killing an innocent and all the Kracker White Knights vehemently posting their outrage at the DD in said thread, demanding he be thrown under the jail, along with all POS drunk drivers out there because people who do that are "wastes of air POS'" that deserve no mercy.
Because you know it will happen.
They defend this guy because they find him entertaining (and probably bc he was a cop), and they know they could have easily been in his shoes. Because to boaters, drinking and boating isn't a "big deal". They all do it.
Bunch of hypocrites.

It's the travel guide they've been putting out. Like how we have AAA here a motorists agency that denotes places as five diamond and what not.

This board never forgets or shuts up. A well known poster got a drug charge 12 years ago and is still referred to as a felon every time he posts.
It's the way of the OT.

It’s in the report that the boat they hit did not have their required lights on when it was low light conditions
Posted on 1/8/23 at 3:00 pm to magildachunks
because he's a minor celeb
look I feel for the guy, one mistake has cost him a lot, but those defending his action as nothing of consequence are dumber than he is
hope he comes out a better man for the experience

He way party to an act, a criminal act, he aided and abetted what could have been a felony act if there was an injury on the boat.
He has no business carrying a badge.

I got roasted in a thread because I said you shouldn't drink and operate a boat, half the poor dumb rednecks and coastal trash said it would be impossible for them to be on the water without drinking.
