It is an incredibly nice upscale restaurant with a really nice bar area.

The march was specifically extended to go in front of Pats so they could flaunt to all the people on the Patio. Kicker is people getting bent out of shape is just what the March organizers want. Just ignore them and don’t give them the attention they crave.
