Bobby and Randy have a history. Bobby is a vocal critic, usually has half truths in his rants and changes them to boost his following.
They both at bar. Share words. Randy puts Bobby in a chokehold. Several men have to pull them apart. Bobby leaves in a neck brace on a stretcher.
Randy should’ve done better. But Bobby absolutely had this coming and deserved it.

I don't trust Louisiana Sheriffs at all. Some from personal experience, reinforced by multiple stories just the past couple weeks. Many Sheriffs (and especially local police departments) pushed hard against our constitutional right to conceal carry.

Randy Smith and Bobby Couvillion are both obnoxious douchebags. But one is an elected law enforcement officer who should therefore be held to a higher standard and the other is just an annoying social media presence who pressure washes houses for a living. I hope Smith is done after this. Maybe then we’ll finally get an arrest in the Nanette Krentel murder.

Good news is that St. Tammany’s next sheriff will likely be Daniel Seuzeneau. Will be a culture shock for all the right reasons.

Okay. First, that arrest was (IMO) totally fabricated by Smith. Smith has a long standing beef with the Couvillon guy and that’s how that went.
Smith also had a friend of mine arrested for bullshite (he was a Folsom boy and Federal Agent); he sued Smith in Federal Court and won, mid 7 figure settlement.
Second, as far as that guy, he’s that guy that’s got a loud mouth and when he’s saying things you like it’s cool and when he’s not it’s pretty annoying.

The FBI laid it out in their prosecution that it was. That he covered it up with the help of others due to the power he held.
Laid out his total power over the parish and how he was able to cover up things from the 70s 80s and 90s. After that point there were no charges that made it far enough for a cover up.
