Sure changed from a nice guy at his initial fundraiser into a totally different person at his pay of the campaign debt victory dinner. Heard it is progressively worse over the years.

Legally - probably not much will happen if it is just simple battery which is a misdemeanor. The fine is $1000 and up to 6 months in prison.
Reality is many 1st time offenders get misdemeanor probation and attend anger management classes.
Civil - Could be sued.

I think you’re under something with that. I generally defend Louisiana on here and think people are way too negative about it but for whatever reason the people here, even those with means, tolerate way too much
