Aren’t we the wealthiest parish in the state LOL? I mean… this is about as good as you’re going to get for South Louisiana, especially if you’re raising children. Lafayette area would be a good alternative too. If you disagree you’re lying to yourself.

Definitely on hwy 190. I drive down 190 every day, and it looks like a place that's run by people who have nothing but contempt for its tax payer base. I'm astonished how trashed out it gets. And considering it's perhaps the most visible and highly trafficked thoroughfare in West St. Tammany, you'd think they'd put a little effort into making it look nice. But who are we kidding?

190 through Covington looks like shite. 190 through Mandeville looks a little better. However 59 is starting to look real trashy. Plus a new Dollar General being built by Fontainebleau. Because we need another one.....

A woman begs by the causeway/hwy22 exit a lot. We passed her the other day and my daughter, who is 5, says ‘that lady is always standing there….just stinking.’ I’m sure she has repeated me although I don’t remember saying that, it sounds like something I’d say.

Homeless people are straight up unsightly. Can't stand these people standing around, moping around, with their signs, leaving trash behind at the intersections. I just wanna roll my window down and say "you're gonna pick that up, right?"
Mandeville put a sign at the intersection that says something like "Your charity can endanger yourself and others". It might as well read "We're too big of pussies to deal with this situation"
