i have no clue what any of the neighborhoods are called other than eden isle.
everything up hwy 11 is trash. i'm sure there's one nice tiny neighbhorhood that's an exception though. same with gause blvd. basically everything close to 10 and 12 is no bueno.
and all of the people are very short and fat.

I12 through St Tammany with 80,000 plus cars per day, most of which are not from St Tammany, is serviced by the State DOTD. If you think JBE is going to send St Tammany any extra services you are certifiably insane.

I volunteer with a Baton Rouge group - Keep Tiger Town Beautiful - cleaning trash along the streets of Baton Rouge on the weekends - we basically spinning our wheels - often times picking up 50/60/70 contractor bags full of trash.
