I assume that's the area where the guy was shot yesterday. Please don't make me list all the differences in the cases again.
There are very few differences initially. The reason you know the differences that do exist is because the details were released in the same hour.

At least some of the local media is calling out the national media for fanning the flames.
Claiming they continue to focus on the instigators for their money shots, rather than what's actually going on

Id bet the farm that the majority of these type claims are false or severely exaggerated
A majority. Might be right. But it happens.

I noticed that contradiction as well, but figured I just wait and see.

So armed vs unarmed, cop cars with camera recording vs no camera, two cops vs one to give account, and "witnesses" at one shotting that had many different accounts ( not sure if other shooting did, but doesnt matter if car and possibly store had cameras). I'm sure there are other reasons the one was cut and dry, but MB was anything but cut and dry with witness not able to be contacted for a few days.
Yeah sound the same to me.

Darren Wilson doesn't look like he's bleeding or black and blue from the video tapes right after the video
I had asked some time back if anyone was good with videos and could zoom it in or clean it up. I couldn't see any signs of injury, but it's pretty far away and hard to see. The thing I did notice, assuming that's him in the video, is he never rubs it, feels it and the other cop doesn't do anything to look at it or point at it. They certainly did a good job of not acknowledging it was there. Just seemed odd but not necessarily definitive about anything.

Should put quotes around NYT... anyone who has ever contributed anything to the NYT calls themselves a NYT reporter

So you're okay with 49% of them being true or non exaggerated

link? if I break a bone, does it mean that I will bleed or my arm will automatically turn blue?
Just from my experience and knowledge, abrasions to the face tend to swell up quicker. He is a paler guy so I would expect a broken face bone to so some sort of protrusion or internal bleeding.

Thats why you don't hitch your wagon to a cause based on emotions and not facts...
Our emotions come from a place of fact.
But I do think the people of fergusons "played" their emotional card too early. What it really is is the pain that seems to have passed down over generations..

I would expect the adrenaline in his system and probably some shock to perhaps offset some of the immediate physical pain. I'm not an expert on orbital fractures, so I can't really speak to you anything regarding visible effects of such an injury especially in the short-term.

How could you even tell from the video we've been shown. Either the quality was bad or it was far away.
Posted on 8/20/14 at 4:09 pm to the808bass
He just shot and killed someone who had just bashed his face (allegedly)...I am guessing he was in a state of shock in the minutes following the shooting, which is when the pics and videos were taken.
