the grand jury used is hearing multiple cases, today he will start with this case, and he thinks it could go through mid october.
radio guy asks if there has been any extra added hury because of whats happening in ferguson
he says they want to see a complete end to that and the fact that any evidence is being presented within 10-12 days of the death is sooner than it wouldve likely occurred, but in this case they're caught between.. on one side ppl say youre rushing, on the other side, they say youre dragging it out. theyre gonna present it as expeditiously as possible, but not in a haphazard manner.

says dozens and dozens if not hundreds of interviews have been done.
his final stance has been that he has no intention of walking away from the duties that have been trusted in him by the community, and he understands some dont think he is best suited for the case and he understands that, but he wants them to know he has that responsibility, he understands the gov declared a state of emergency, and has the ability to remove him from the case, and they need to talk to him cause he is the only person who has the ability to remove him. all he's asking the gov is to make a decision.

That would be ridiculous. If anything, it's way too fast for a GJ. Wouldn't be surprised if they say that they are acting quickly to sweep it under the rug.
