If they do get don't indictment I think the protesters will still equate that to him being guilty

Which is why the DA already said that he would release EVERYTHING to the public immediately after.

I think it would be damn hard for a majority of them to still be irate if 12 of their neighbors gave statements that the cop was justified.

Now as for the outside trouble makers, they won't give a shite.

You mean 12 Uncle Toms/snitches?

LOL. Right.

Thanks.

It just wasn't making sense for me regardless of which way I looked at it. For instance, if I were arrested for shooting someone, I seriously doubt the prosecuting attorney is putting on evidence that tends to cut against the charges, but at the same time, it only seems fair that all the evidence be presented somehow.

But logic also tells me that a prosecutor isn't there to do the defense attorney's job. Really don't know what the answer is.

I am pretty sure the defense attorney can be there, but I don't believe he is allowed to provide evidence. The reason I say that is because it was asked by one of the analysts to Mark Gheregos or one of them if Darren Wilson would testify at the hearing and he said it was unlikely. No fricking way the potential defendant can testify without his lawyer present.

I could be completely wrong though.

Who is? I thought that he was presenting but not sure I heard that or just was assuming?

Someone in his office. Whoever was assigned to cover this week's GJ.

IF I heard correctly on Fox the other night they said the defense can request that certain items be included in the GJ phase.

I got a really good friend that is in McCulloch's office that is one of his attorneys that handles his more serious crimes. I have been so tempted to call him and ask some questions but just trying to respect his job and not put him in that position. I would not be surprised if he's handling it. He's certainly one of them in the pool that would. Been friends with him since grade school.

Dude, you are a disappoint....

You owe it to the OT to make that call... Although, I doubt he would tell you anything.

He'd give me some info. Not every sordid detail. I just don't think it's right to do at this point. I may call him after the GJ to find out if he handled it and see if he volunteers anything more. He'll definitely give me the inside, behind the scenes stuff after it's all done. I may even see him Thursday night if we both show up for a board meeting we're on.

Its absolutely fricking amazing that the supposedly "Intelligent" and "Leaders" of the groups out there don't even know how the judicial process works

How can their views not be considered racism?

You demand justice but don't want the judicial system to have due process. And the threats some of them make if he isn't convicted...shite he hasn't even been indicted.

If you want to get the info, go see him or have lunch or something. Most people would be more likely to discuss face to face than over the phone. Especially with 40 FBI agents in their office.

Caught Foxnews last night and Hannity had the reporter ask one of the protestor

Q: "Do you think he is guilty"
A: "He's guilty of capital murder"

Q: "Do you believe in innocent until proven guilty"
A: "For black people"

It was a very moment

We're always hanging out at the little league park drinking free beer. Got a meeting up there Thursday night. Will see him there unless he's completely bogged down with this stuff and can't make it. And the free flowing beers will help. If he's there, it's all any of us will be talking about with him. Forget about the business of the ballpark.

So are you posting live while there or will you have a press conference when you get home?

Of course, the first actually happens to them which is why so many in the black community are inclined to believe that the story created by Brown's supporters around this event are true.

Their reaction makes sense when you think about it. You can't trust cops these days ... or so I've been told.
