Not exactly. His words were really careful. "Vigorous prosecution" and "justice" don't necessarily mean getting an indictment and a guilty verdict. I think he knows it's very possible there won't even be an indictment - and that result would be justice. He is choosing his words very carefully, and the media, as always, reads into them what fits their story.

Btw, going back and reading the FB post about him changing his story... They claim they got it from a national media source. Why the frick wouldn't the national media source out the info and take the credit themselves?

I never heard the eyewitness in the background. I had to go back and write a transcript.
Guy 1: How'd he get from there to here.
Eyewitness: Because he ran. Police was still in the truck.
Guy 1: He came this way? Why his body come this way though?
Eyewitness: Him and the police was fightin. He came over the truck. He ran. The police ran after him. The next thing I know he coming back towards the motherfricker. The police had his gun drawn already.
Guy 1: Oh, the police shot him?
Eyewitness: Yeah, the police kept dumping on him. I'm thinkin the police is missing. The police... he like this far from him. The police fired shots.
This is moments after the shooting from a eyewitness captured on a phone video. (in the background)
