What I personally think is going ot happen is that there will be a bill for a lesser charge like one of the manslaughter. Just my feeling but that would allow facts to come out in the trial. I just dont see a Murder charge at this point. I could be wrong though, still much that needs to come out.

I was listening to some black folks talk about this at lunch today. They still believed that the store video was fake and that he was shot whole running away. No amount of facts are going to change that, apparently.

If Holder and the FBI (at Holder's direction) don't come up with a way to charge Wilson, that has a slightly better chance of being palatable to the black community. Slim chance. But better.
I don't think it'll make a difference personally - no indictment, or a not guilty verdict and it'll be Armageddon. But it's the best shot Nixon has.
