The dynamics with our local prosecutor are far different.

Not sure, but that is what one of the people on CNN mentioned the other day....
I mean, it could make sense being that toxicology reports normally take 2-6 weeks to come back.
Any toxicologist on here?

It's a different test and not every lab can do that post-mortem.
You can't just do a standard tox screen on a decedent. $hit happens after you die - for example, sugar keeps fermenting and if you take a blood alcohol level on a decedent, it can show intoxication on someone who's never had a drink, ever.
Post-mortem toxicology reports, which will be valid enough for criminal and civil legal proceedings, is a fairly specialized field and the test results take longer.

Its not like it would've stopped them from protesting/rioting/looting

The people destroying property aren't from Ferguson. Lots of adults in Ferguson have jobs, cars and a stake in the community. I think everyone thinks it's the hood. It's not.

Heres the explanation from a quick google
quote:
The toxicology testing performed after a person's death is known as forensic toxicology testing or postmortem drug testing.
That's different from clinical toxicology, according to the College of American Pathologists. This is the drug testing an emergency room doctor would be likely to order, for instance, if a patient shows up with signs and symptoms of drug overdose or abuse.
Other types of toxicology testing include workplace drug testing, which also screens for drugs of abuse, and athletic drug testing in sport programs, which detect banned substances or drugs that enhance performance.
The toxicology report that is eventually issued in forensic toxicology testing "is the result of the lab procedures identifying and quantifying potential toxins, which include prescription medications and drugs of abuse and interpretations of the findings," says Howard S. Robin, MD. He is the medical director of laboratory services at Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego and is a board-certified pathologist.
Toxicology testing is part of the autopsy report, Robin says. "A complete autopsy should have some level of toxicology studies."

You mean like every prosecutor in the world? They know this isn't shaping up their way. They want a federally connected "racial justice" prosecutor like that screaming bia the Zimmerman trial got.

I can't wait to hear that had been photoshopped!

Classic. But if that is real, which I doubt because no person would use their name - then the ones with the agenda will come up with something...

More info on toxicology

Why do the forensic toxicology tests take so long?
Getting a complete and accurate forensic toxicology test result can be a lengthy process for a variety of reasons, according to the College of American Pathologists and experts interviewed by WebMD.
There may be a lot of specimens that need to be tested, which means more testing time. And as an investigation proceeds, information about the possibility of another drug being involved may surface, so even more testing may be needed.
When the first round of positive tests have to be confirmed by the more sophisticated method, this may require sending out the specimens to more specialized laboratories. And that adds to the delay.
"Four to six weeks is pretty standard," Magnani says of the time line for forensic toxicology testing. Besides the time needed for painstaking analysis and confirmation, she says, there could be a backlog of tests that need to be done at a particular laboratory.
"Each one should be handled thoroughly, whether they are a celebrity or not," she says.

Maybe, maybe not. I know the "leaders" from Ferguson have invited in and publicly supported some pretty noteworthy people making pretty inflammatory remarks though. What did they expect was going to happen?

That's not Michael Brown. That's Joba Cain who was arrested for murder in his home state last year.
Posted on 8/19/14 at 9:59 am to elposter
Ferguson doesn't have "leaders" with that kind of juice. Sharpton wasn't taking any pastors' calls from Ferguson two weeks ago.

I'm guessing you don't own the Autozone or Boost Mobile or McDonalds or the QT in Ferguson nor do you live in Ferguson. They may have a different position.
Good guess.
Again, the police didn't destroy them. And I'm guessing you aren't part of the Wilson family who is prob more worried about his life than the buildings they are burning down because they wouldn't wait for facts.
