So by saying he got hit and then turned around, he is not saying that the got shot in the back? Are you serious?
Is he saying he got shot in the front and then did a triple toe loop land gracefully still facing the cop and then trying to surrender?
Not sure how shot then turned around to face front does not constitute shot in the back.

Witness said she saw Wilson pulling Brown into the car.. what she saw was Brown pushing Wilson into the car and trying to take his gun when he drew it. Probably shot him at close range in the car, hitting him in the arms. Made him start to run away then made him mad, so he turned around to charge Wilson, thus getting shot in the top of the head.
That's what the evidence says.

Listening to BBC cover this and highly recommend them for non biased coverage. A few points their guys made today:
They were not arrested or even a suspect in the cigar robbery. They were stopped for walking in the road aka jaywalking.
There was clearly an incident after that.
There were six shots and all witness say he had his hangs up. Unclear whether he was walking toward or away from cops. He was hit three times.
His body laid on the street in public view for over four hours which greatly inflamed the situation. (This is not only stupid but obscene)
According to BBC, the looting was done by people from outside the area coming in to take advantage to the situation and almost all the problems have been from outside groups. (The people here are not looting their own stores aka Rodney king riot style) He said everyone including local law enforcement knows and acknowledges this. (And don't anybody say only black people do this shite. I was at Ole Miss during Jame Meredith incident and it was the same thing with white people. They actually closed all the roads into Ole Miss to keep it from getting worse. )
As for as the looting, if you lived though Katrina you know what can happen here. All arrest in my town were punks from Florida.

The officer - in this case - wasn't randomly driving down the street, searching for a minority victim - he was looking for a perpetrator (you know, what he gets paid to do).
Not True according TO BBC, they were pulled over for jay walking. Nothing to do with the robbery, that is a red herring. (Although the victims may not have known taht and thought the cops were pulling them over for robbery)

I should have added that we know how many times Brown was shot but we don't know how many shots the cop fired. As an observer at a distance you're not going to know which hit their mark.
Also, loosely quoting Crenshaw or Mitchell, he flinched as if he was struck while running which they could have construed as him being shot in the back. According, to the forensic guy this is possible.

I saw video of white kids trashing Market St. in San Francisco after the Rodney King cops' not guilty verdict.
No question that this kind of behavior is color blind. The problem is that in America, race becomes an index card - and we all (black and white) make assumptions on the basis of that - right or wrong. When something like Ferguson happens, it reinforces a negative stereotype and is not helpful to the situation - at all.

Maybe or cop was just pissed and wasted him.
But clearly he was a big boy and there was a tussle at the car. The cop may have thought he was charging him and he was just walking forward, no video we will never know for sure.

We dont have the officer account yet. Saying "not true" about anything right now is reaching. We dont know what was not true. When the dispatch audio and radio traffic is released we will know more. Trying to form an opinion with out crucial facts seems like a bad idea.
The witnesses even said the cop pulled down the street a bit and then came back.

What, an ASV or uparmoured HMMWV? They're carrying nothing but 9mm and 5.56mm in addition to the reciever guards that will not allow them to fire burst.
