It's probably in, then.

Makes the officers actions more legitimate in stopping him as well - he's the actual perpetrator.

I'm just analyzing it from a practitioner's standpoint - you have to argue to the jury that an unarmed man required six bullets to stop. Not armed with a knife, a club, crowbar - ANYTHING - he required six bullets to neutralize as a threat to the officer.

The pattern is eerily similar to Trayvon and the Jena 6. White on black issue.....riots/protests before any investigation done or actual facts known......facts ultimately show the "story" isn't what the media/Rev. Al initially spun it to be. Not saying this case ends up like the others.....but with the autopsy report....sure starting to seem like it might. You figure after awhile, people wouldn't act like heathens until they knew what they were bitching about...

Someone, and I've considered doing it, should write up a summary of all of the events and have it moved to the OP. The same questions keep getting asked over and over and over again.

I have no problem with people asking the same questions over again if the news is fresh, but questions from 2+ days ago are very

That could be crucial evidence against brown. If he was drugged up, would explain his behavior at the convenience store, the walking in middle of the street, the confrontation with the police, and his not going down easily when he walked toward officer.

Exactly!! It would be wise for people to wait for these facts before starting crap. A civilized society does this.

Why weren't these kind of protests had for Eric Garner? An actual victim of police idiocy?

The friend, Johnson, could very well be the reason for all this post-shooting unrest. His un-credible story led the narrative down the wrong path, it appears.

Funny how we haven't heard much from him lately.

The officer was driving away and got the call and description of suspects and the stolen swisher sweets. He noticed MB fit and instantly backed up and tried to jump out. This is when MB first became confrontational and it became hands on and a struggle for the officers gun where it was discharged in the car. MB then began walking away. The officer gave him commands to stop. At this time MB charged.

This is a summary of a state my given by a girl that claimed to be the officers gf's best friend.

Yup, if this goes to trial he will get destroyed by a defense attorney.

Anyone else get the feeling that the pro-militarization of local police crowd will use the events of the last week to boost their case?

How else do you get an out of control mob to stand down?

Not saying it is right but this is the exact scenario they envisioned.

I believe 100% at this point that some of the higher ups in charge have wanted this to go the way it is to justify pro-militarization.

I think would be easier to stop food stamps and welfare checks, than it would be to demilitarize the police. No way they would go back.

Used armored vehicle. $4000.00 from military surplus

Tricked out police SUV $80,000.00

They'll take the cheap stuff all day long.
