The now infamous 10 minute video of the scene (or 3 minutes if you are CNN and want to control messaging), what is the timing of that becoming mainstream including folks noticing the witness in the back talking about Mike approaching the officer and it being like the cop was missing

Because that sound from the video is right on her story and that would be too much of a coincidence if radio interview came first.
