earlier...the poster said the officer yelled this during the peaceful protest earlier on.
Clearly...that video was late at night/early morning when the riots started. In which.....people were actually acting like animals.

As I said before, these people all want their civil rights moment that they heard about from their parents/grandparents. They feel their life is meaningless until they have this moment so they create faux outrage and feelings of oppression towards anything that arises to their advantage.
