Go find the youtube clip posted about 10 pages back. Someone is videoing after the instance and the body is in the street. You can hear people around him making comments and there are multiple comments made that lend credence to Brown approaching the officer after initially running.

So I've been out most of the day. I was here after the name came out but we never confirmed if the cop was black or not. I'm not going back through a frick ton of pages to find out.
