Okay. this actually is common and it pisses me off to no end.
When a white or Hispanic or Asian person crosses the street (jaywalking) they usually look both ways and walk or run as fast as they can.
When a black person crosses the strett, they stroll and stare at the cars with a "I dare you to hit me look".
This is FACT. I know it, everyone around here knows it. We all talk about it and joke about it.
The ones in the street are as bad.
We have great sidewalks here, but they push the strollers in the street here. Usually four wide.
You honk and they give you a "I wish you would look"
Maybe we need to teach road safety more or something. jeez.

this is a true statement. I'm pro-restriction left leaning, all that Jazz and I am up to four semis, one shot and one revolver (soon to be two)
I have friends that have over 50 guns.

Timeline of aug 9th, from 11:48-noon the officer was on a sick call, with ambulance, at 11:51 there was a call of a robbery, and 11:52 disp gave description, different officer arrived at store, further description was given, state suspect was walking toward quiktrip, officer left sick call, encountered MB at 12:01, after the shooting at 12:04 a second officer arrived, at 12:05 a sup was dispatched.
