Watching the second witnesses account and pairing it up with the first witness' statement and the comments the cops have made and it is sounding more and more like the officer will be charged with murder.
They were walking in the street and the cop told them to get out. They didn't and the cop reversed to confront them. The cop reached out of the car and grabbed Brown. Brown started to fight off the officer through the window and then the officer drew and fired from his car. Brown took off running and the officer exited his vehicle and fired another 5-7 shots while Brown was fleeing.

Yeah it is pretty crazy. I remember watching people stream the riots after the trayvon trial in LA and Oakland. It was crazy. Some guy was weaving in and out of alleys trying to get pictures of the police and what was going on, all while streaming it from his phone.
