St. George blasts Advocate’s article criticizing proposed budget

This morning, The Advocate published an article regarding the proposed St. George budget in which they used David Barrow, former CAO for Central, to review and criticize the budget. David Barrow actually resigned from that position after one year and... wait for it... is currently under investigation for forgery and falsifying public records. That part conveniently was not mentioned in the story. Probably not the best person to use as an “expert” source on city budgets.

no connection to any of these people but the charges against Barrow are pretty questionable as far as their origin. Lotta small down backstabbing happens out there and the current mayor had it out for him for a while

The advocate is not an unbiased newspaper. They suck and they will have to cut back printing daily newspapers in the next 5 years.
