take a picture of house then use photo editor to see what both look like.
i think white just looks more normal like a shade has been pulled down.
clean the window real good and wipe it down with rubbing alcohol so the paint sticks and i would put pink insulated board over the window first before spray foam.
i would never spray foam the glass directly, spray foam shrinks and cracks as it ages and might peel or separate the paint from the glass or even "could" break the window

Put one of these on one window.
I actually saw one yesterday on a Dodge pickup.

Good suggestions. I wonder why they didn't tell me this. I think I'll paint some foam board white and put it behind the glass.

Put one of these up there. This will help with the neighbors letting their dog shite on your lawn.

Buy a poster of Casper the Ghost and tape that over the window.

Trashy gets thrown around on here alot, but this is actually the trashiest thing I've read in a while

Put a good insulated window in and call it a day. Don’t be cheap and paint it.

Why not put some permanent exterior shutters over the windows? Kind of like this?

Why not just cover it with plastic and once they finish, remove said plastic

Might do that if I don't like the paint. I'm getting new shutters made elsewhere so that wouldn't be much to add.

Install some decent looking shutters on the windows and keep them closed.

We paint attic windows black to hide the framing braces, insulation, etc.

I'm anal about the details on things like that. Get some
white copier paper and tape it up there to see how the white looks.
Then, paint some sheets black and do the same. Which ever looks best, paint that color. IMO, white blinds would be best.
