The Yucon territory.
That's pretty remote, especially the northern part.

I've seen Greenland from the air, and it looked like the most insurmountable, inhospitable place I've ever seen. Nothing but mountains covered with snow with huge glaciers in between them. Damn near impossible for a human to traverse.

Newfoundland canada. Once you leave the trans Canadian highway there is nothing.

Some parts of west New Mexico were lonely as well.

Went rafting down the middle fork of the flathead river in Montana. Very remote place. Only a low number of groups can go down it per year. I think it was like 50.

Conundrum Hot Springs, about an 8-9 mile hike in. No cell service. You get hurt up there, you're not going to have a good time trying to get help any time soon.

yeah its awesome. amazing. They are talking about amking camping reserve only they also have a water cleanness problem.

Probably the most isolated i have been is Kho Phayam in thaliand (no Ko Phayan, which is way more populated). We had to take a train to take a bus to take a share jeep to take a boat to get to this island. At the time about 200 people lived on it, and had 2 groups of bungalows. It was pretty awesome.

Ko Jum was also pretty remote. But it did have an actual town of like 250 ppl on it, and more places.

Now thinking of this, I guess South Luangwa national park in zambia was more remote. We had to take a plane to take another plane to take 2 more planes to take a jeep to take another jeep to get to it. We left Thursday night, and arrived in south luanga NP in monday morning. We traveled almost the entire time, except for a night in lusaka.

It's out there. My buddies dad has a rice farm out there so we go from time to time and stay at their camp. I like it sometime. Just not enough to do unless you got a lot of booze and food.

Guatil Costa Rica , Met an old farmer that took us to his farm an hour hike up the volcano . My girlfriend and I swam around in a pool with a 40 ft. waterfall in it looking out to the Pacific . When it was time to leave he showed me some Artifacts he had found plowing his field . He gave me a celt he found .
