I don’t know the details of how it’s set up, Elton is self made and George’s dad accumulated most of it. Ever heard of franklin parish, yeah George franklin owns most of the parish, growing 200 bushel corn and 3 bale cotton. It’s the gift that keeps on giving.

I posted it because they fit the bill of one of those families that we don't really have a clue how much they are worth. I wouldn't be surprised at all if Thomas Turner's net worth is well into the billions

oh you mean that land that the govt owns? when you pay the govt taxes on the land you 'own' and they can take it from you whenever they want, i dont see much value in that over USD
