Spent Some Time With Some Pit bulls Today; My Opinion Of Them Has Changed

Yes they can be dangerous dogs, but like most breeds there will be some bad ones and its just that they are so strong, the bad pit bulls do more damage.. But overall they are gentle dogs.
Today I was around two of them and I played around with them and they stayed around me the whole time. Both were rescue dogs. They are strong as frick, but they are not as bad as the board makes them out to be.

All depends on how they were raised. Any breed of dog has the potential to go off the rails. After all, they descended from wolves. Pits who were brought up in a loving home are great dogs and anyone who says otherwise is full of shite. With that being said, I would never own a pit because of the liability issues.

You are so wrong. There are many incidents of pit bulls that are raised correctly that attack. The chances are higher with pits that are not raised correctly, but to say the ones that are raised correctly do not attack is complete horseshite.
