You don't make up a word.

Write that they have a custom logo affixed.

Sometimes people here are really stupidized.

Make it plural.

"The shirts have custom logos."

It was something about "you will notice our custom logo'd blah blah & blah blah blah." I couldn't make it plural. I went with Logo'd as someone suggested. Logo'd was used a lot when I googled it. "Logoed" was a complete mispelling.

Logo is a noun. Saying "logo'ed" is trying to use it as a verb.

Examples:
Some items have custom logos.
Custom logos are available on some items.
We can create custom logos.

Eta: might be better to use "branded" in that example.

You'll notice our custom-branded items.
You'll notice the logos on our custom-branded items.

"Include our customized logos brief cases"

Doesn't work. Has to be logo'd there.

You are pretty defiant for someone looking for suggestions. You shouldn't use logo'd in any written communication, as many have suggested.
