Specialized car for disabled relative

I have this disabled relative who is annoying as frick. The disability is weight related so they have issues getting into newer vehicles. They claim that they need a bench seat and a very large doorway but it can't be to high off the ground because they can't lift themselves, but it can't be low like a car because they can't bend their knees.
She wants to back up to the vehicle and basically fall backwards and swing her legs in.
The only thing I can think of is an old 2 door hoopty on 22s.
2 door for the wide door, bench seat, and lifted a few inches due to the tires.
So, more of a vent, but can anyone recommend a drug dealer I could hit up and pay to test his car, or another option for a "self"-disabled person?

So is it "They" or "She"?
..also, perhaps disabilities run strong in your line.

Tell them to get a 73-77 GM with swivel seats.

Tell them to sometimes have a barbell in their hands when they're bringing it up to their face instead of food all the time and some of their problems might be rectified.
